April Showers bring May flowers. This coming week, we celebrate the gift of Catholic Education in Ontario. This year’s Catholic Education Week theme is, “Nurturing Hope.”
There are five sub-themes for each day of Catholic Education Week:
Day 1: Preparing the Earth
Day 3: Cultivating Relationship
Our staff have prepared a series of classroom and family activities, which highlight how students, staff and families at our school are Nurturing Hope. Please see attached a list of suggested family activities. Suggested Family Activities You are welcome to share any activities you do with your family in celebration of Catholic Education Week and we will highlight them on our school website and Twitter page. Please send any pictures of your child(ren) involved in the Suggested Family activities to chrisitne.dehaas@ycdsb.ca
We will be celebrating the sub-themes every morning during Morning Prayers.
