This year our first major fundraiser will be a Silent Auction, held the night of our school Christmas Concert on Thursday, December 14, 2023.
Our school community is attended by 240 students who live in and around Sutton. Each year, the Catholic School Council organizes a fundraiser in order to raise money for various resources, events and activities in the school. This fundraising enables us to enrich the environment and experience of our students in ways we would not be able to otherwise.
This year, the Catholic School Council hopes to raise money to provide opportunities and resources to support student learning.
We would be very grateful for any item or service that your company would be generous enough to offer as an auction item for this event. We would ensure that the item is picked up and delivered to the school. During the auction we will also ensure that participants are aware of your generosity by posting the name and organization of each donor. Since the Silent Auction takes place the night of the school Christmas Concert we are confident that all parents and many other family members will be in attendance providing donors with excellent community exposure for their business.
