St. Bernadette Catholic School Council is Seeking Donations for the Annual Christmas Fundraiser

This year our first major fundraiser will be a Silent Auction, held the night of our school Christmas Concert on Thursday, December 14, 2023.

Our school community is attended by 240 students who live in and around Sutton.  Each year, the Catholic School Council organizes a fundraiser in order to raise money for various resources, events and activities in the school.

Tuesday, October 31 is Halloween at St. Bernadette!

Tuesday, October 31 Halloween Costumes:  While planning your child’s costume please consider the following information:

Culture is NOT Costume: Please refrain from using costumes that represent a cultural group or ethnicity. (e.g. First Nations, Chinese, Arabic, etc.)

September 28 is Terry Fox Day at St. Bernadette!!

St. Bernadette supports the Terry Fox Run!    On Thursday, September 28, students are invited to wear red and white to support our Canadian hero.  Students will be walking, jogging or running a supervised route around our school.  Students are encouraged to support this worthwhile cause.

Orange Shirt Day is September 29 at St. Bernadette

Orange Shirt Day (September 30th) is a day when we honour the Indigenous children who were sent away to residential schools in Canada and learn more about the history of those schools. September 30th falls during the time of year when Indigenous children were taken away to residential school.
